Who we are

YLX is operated by Bucuo Productions LTD ("YLX", "we"), Nikodimou Mylona 12, Themis Court, 3rd floor, Office 312, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus. Contact: business@yanlixing.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send the form on this site, we receive your name and studio, your work email, your game's Steam link, the plan you are interested in and your message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.

Marketing communication

We send marketing communication (such as Pulse Monthly and product news) only if you tick the marketing box on the form or subscribe yourself. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at business@yanlixing.com.

Cookies

This site and ChineseDLC.com Pulse set no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and only if you click Accept on the notice shown on your first visit; if you decline, it is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; YouTube may set its own cookies once you play a video. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

ChineseDLC.com Pulse

Pulse (chinesedlc.com/pulse) shows public data about games: Steam store and review figures, Steam China prices, HeyBox scores and prices, and Bilibili video counts. For the most-watched Bilibili videos it shows the video title and the creator's public channel name, as a link to the original page. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing how games are received in China. We collect once a week, at a low rate, without logging in, and creator names are kept only in the latest weekly snapshot. Creators and studios can ask us to change or remove an entry, or object to it, by writing to business@yanlixing.com; we act within 7 days. If you unlock all games with your email, it is stored by our email provider, Brevo, for Pulse Monthly, on the basis of your consent; you can unsubscribe in one click.

Who sees your data

Your details are handled by ChineseDLC.com and the service providers we use to run email and hosting. We do not sell personal data. If you ask about marketing, community or publishing in China, we pass your enquiry to our partner Huqiao Games only with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a possible project, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time, by writing to business@yanlixing.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
